Ms. Morse brings twenty years experience in marketing, business development and general management to the firm. At McGraw-Hill, she held several positions including Vice President of U.S. Marketing at McGraw-Hill Professional and Director of Business Development as well as Director of Marketing at BusinessWeek. Prior to joining McGraw-Hill, Ms. Morse held marketing positions at Mosby, Inc. and Crain Communications. She has deep experience in areas such as marketing strategy and execution, business development, product development, and management in the areas of print, online, digital, events, and television. This coupled with a history of partnering with sales, editorial, production and other key functional groups, enables Ms. Morse to successfully partner with clients to match talented candidates with career opportunities.

John Miller began his publishing career with Macmillan (U.S.) selling textbooks to colleges in NY and MA. From textbook sales, he moved into Baker & Taylor for nearly a decade, selling services to university libraries. As the electronic revolution worked into publishing, John followed that path selling publisher's content, first on CD, then promoting aggregator services via the Internet. Most recently with Macmillan Publishing Solutions (India), he sold production services and cutting-edge mobile delivery concepts to major publishing houses. Johnâs background includes: textbook publishing, reference publishing (STM), e-book sales and marketing, formal project management, academic library management systems, publishing distribution services, and publishing production services.
Mr. Miller is graduate of Rutgers University and outside of publishing is an avid photographer, tennis player, and amateur astronomer.

Ms. Blitman held senior management positions at W.B. Saunders and US Pharmacopeia and since 1997 operated her own publishing/marketing consulting business before joining JFA. Her portfolio of experience enables her to source talent in marketing, advertising, direct marketing, international sales, special publications, sales services, and marketing research. Joan has twice been the recipient of the Literary Market Place Professional Publishing Award and received the Benny award. Joan is a graduate of Brandeis University, and received a Masters Degree from Queens College. She has completed graduate courses at the Wharton School, Northwestern University, and attended the CBS School of Management.

For more than 20 years Deb has led teams and projects in educational technology bringing her technology savvy and problem-solving abilities to bear. Her work has engaged CEOs, Vice Presidents, volunteer citizen advisory boards, students and school administrators, allied health professionals, and community members-at-large. Deb's ability to foster collaboration among groups consistently resulted in educational solutions that satisfied all stakeholders. Mike Bennett has 20-plus years of management experience in publishing, with significant revenue responsibility overseeing teams for strategic growth in marketing, sales, new business development and product management. Areas of expertise are scientific, technical, medical, professional and educational print and digital information solutions. He has worked at Thomson Reuters, including most recently 12 years at Physicians' Desk Reference, as well as at Thomson Legal, John Wiley & Sons and Academic Press. Mike has a B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington and has studied digital publishing strategies at NYU.

Ms. Foley heads up the firm's efforts in the UK and Europe. An entrepreneurial business director during her 25-year publishing career, her track record includes of setting up and running online start-ups, expanding innovative small businesses, as well as managing the editorial and product development efforts at some of the largest houses in professional publishing including Times Mirror and Elsevier. The result of these experiences is an unparalleled network of contacts across UK and Europe and a deep understanding of all functional areas within the modern publishing and business landscape.

Mr. Hartnett is an innovative, accomplished business leader with more than sixteen years experience in marketing, product & business development, and project management. Most of his publishing experience has been in the media industry delivering print, online content, video and digital media to corporations, professional services firms, academic institutions and consumers. His experience affords a comfort level with finding talent for core functional areas - sales, marketing, business development, management - and also positions involving emerging technologies. Before his publishing career, John was a comedy writer in Hollywood.

Bill Faust was Director, Business Development and Client Strategy for the Healthcare Division at J.D. Power and Associates, an operating unit of the McGraw-Hill Companies. His primary responsibilities included directing business development efforts and enhancing client relationships within the health plans, retail pharmacy, medical supplier, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He was project leader on the launch of the syndicated Retail Pharmacy Satisfaction Study, as well as various proprietary studies.
Prior to J.D. Power and Associates, Mr. Faust acquired 24 years of experience throughout other key industry business units within The McGraw-Hill Companies. His work experience has enhanced his skill set and proficiency in sales and general management, integrated marketing, business development, M&A, and publishing.
He served as director of business development for the Healthcare Information Group in the medical education and custom publishing markets; vice president/publisher of Healthcare Informatics, InfoCare and e.MD in the healthcare IT markets; and vice president of sales and marketing of The Physician and Sportsmedicine, Hospital Practice and Postgraduate Medicine in the clinical publishing markets.
Additionally, Mr. Faust held the position of vice president of business development and marketing services at Platts, a McGraw-Hill business unit devoted to the energy information markets. He was responsible for restructuring the publications group which included Power, Electrical World, Global Energy Business and Energy IT. He served as project leader on a significant acquisition (Pearson's energy information group) that increased the size of the Platts business unit by over 50%.
Mr. Faust has been president of the Association of Medical Publications (AMP); a member of the Board of Directors of the Healthcare Marketing and Communications Council (HMC); a moderator for the annual information technology industry seminar of the Center for Healthcare Information Management (CHIM) and was publishing project director for the 2nd and 3rd editions of The Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation; the gold standard screening exam authored by six leading medical societies.
Mr. Faust received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Drexel University. He has served as an Elected Director of the Alumni Board of Governors.
Henry M. Greene, Vice President, Business Development

Henry has spent the bulk of his career in and around the publishing industry. In 1988, he founded Henry M. Greene & Associates, Inc. Greene & Associates provides telemarketing services focusing almost exclusively on professionally published products. Anticipating industry challenges, the company was successfully sold to a major national publishing firm in 2000. He continued to run the company for three more years. In 2003, Greene Training International was launched. The company published products focused on sales management. In 2008, Henry was named Executive Director of SIPA - the Specialized Information Publishers Association ñ an international trade association providing training, education, and networking support to hundreds of publishing firms. Recently, Henry returned to Greene & Associates as VP of Business Development. Henry has deep experience in consulting with publishers on key issues including general management, staffing, direct marketing and sales.
